In the late night of January 14th, we flew from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to the new Istanbul Airport of the Middle East. The flight connection was very convenient and smooth. We specially selected Turkish Airlines for this travel, for Turkey supported for Palestinian people during the Palestine-Israel conflict.
At the airport, we had some tea at a traditional Turkish cafe. It cost fully 251 CNY for us four. How expensive! When I had a business trip at Chateau De La Chevre D'or in Eze, a southern town of France, it only cost seven euros for a pot of tea. We appreciated the Mediterranean Sea of azure blue, and the scenery was so astounding.
After one-hour's rest, we boarded a Boeing 777 of Turkish Airlines facing the rising sun of winter. Three hours later, the plane landed on Frankfurt Airport, one of the largest airports worldwide. Last time when I had a business trip to Germany, it was in October of 2019. Now, we travelled back to Germany, my beloved country, again after a long wait of four years and three months, after the COVID-19 pandemic, and after all the changes. The most beloved country of mine is Germany, only second to my loved motherland, China. During the past four years and three months, we have written nearly 100,000 emails to 186 world-class key academic leaders of 68 university hospitals and international hospital groups from 8 countries in the world. And this reveals Gloryren's aspiration in helping the Grade Three Class A hospitals in China in the hospital management, speciality construction and talent cultivation. This is the best career in the world. As long as we do not ask for too much, good luck will always be with us.
After we got up from the afternoon nap, I brought Jessie and Veronique to a special gallery, where the paintings are produced by the artists with AI. They were so amazing.
Every time when I travel to Frankfurt, I will visit this gallery and quietly appreciate the artworks from which I could sense the innovative thinking and extraordinary performance of German artists. In the past, when we visited German hospitals, we stayed in hotels in the Bankenviertel (Banking District). And we went to bed at one in the morning, and got up sometimes at six o'clock. Then we took a shower, put on make-up, wore a Chinese qipao and high heels, and prepared an English version of the day's activity. We often put on make-up twice a day, once in the morning for the activities during the day, and sometimes once before evening banquets. When visiting German hospitals, we usually have to hurry from one place to another, so it's very tiring despite that we have a driver driving us everywhere. Truly, every individual has their unique stories, and everyone's life is precious.

On the evening of Janurary 15th, the team of four from Gloryren hosted a dinner meeting in the most ancient restaurant in Frankfurt, OSCAR's Brasserie Moderne, with Dr. Rosenthal, the President of Germany Spine Society in 2013 and Prof. Rauschmann, the President for Germany Spine Society in 2015.
On the wall of this centennial restaurant lies the photos of the starring actors of Gone with the Wind and Roman Holiday.
From 6:00 to 7:20 p.m., we discussed with Dr. Rosenthal the arrangements for his visiting professorship in 2024 to Grade Three Class A hospitals in China and his three MD doctoral students from China. Dr. Rosenthal is a great master in Minimal Invasive Spinal Surgery in Germany, with his achievements in thoracoscopic surgery renowned in the world. At 7:40 p.m., Prof. Rauschmann came over from Sana Clinic to have dinner with us. He was busy all day in the outpatient clinic. We arrange a 2024 Sino-German Video Conference on Spinal Surgery at 7:00 a.m. on Januray 16th, which Prof. Rauschmann will join together with the Spine Surgery team from Guiyang Fourth People’s Hospital, and Director WANG Bing from the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. Prof. Rauschmann noticed the tiredness on our faces, but we still discussed with him the arrangements for his visiting professorship in 2024 to Grade Three Class A hospitals in China in high spirits.
On February 2nd, 2023, Doctor XIAO Yu of Guiyang Fourth People’s Hospital flew to Frankfurt from Chengdu. He will pursue his MD degree at Goethe University Frankfurt for two years, and his supervisor is the President of Germany Spine Society in 2015 and the Head of Spine Surgery and Reconstructive Orthopaedic Surgery of Sana Clinic Offenbach-Prof. Rauschmann. Sana Clinic Offenbach is an academic teaching hospital of Goethe University Frankfurt, having over 900 beds, and 2600 staff. Annually it receives about 39,000 inpatients and 74,000 outpatients. Prof. Rauschmann has been listed as one of the top doctors in spine surgery by German FOCUS for 12 consecutive years. Our dinner meeting with him didn’t end until 9:40 p.m. Every day is so precious, and every day is so unforgettable because we have the best job in the world. And through this job, we can contribute to our country.

At 9 a.m. of January 16th, the team of four from Gloryren drove 92 kilometers from Frankfurt to Heidelberg University Orthopedic Hospital to visit Prof. Tobias Renkawitz, the President of the Orthopedic Hospital.
Prof. Renkawitz welcomed us in person at his office which is very well-decorated with three wonderful paintings of English painters.As a real gentleman, he himself hanged up my coat for me.We discussed our cooperation on German MD program as well as 2024 international visiting professor program.
This year, one of his doctoral students will graduate, and Prof. Renkawitz will receive a Chinese doctoral student specialized in joint surgery who will pursue a MD degree at the beautiful Heidelberg University Orthopedic Hospital. He plans to visit one of the Grade Three Class A hospitals in China as an international visiting professor this November, and also looks forward to attending the 4th Sino-Euro Orthopedics Summit organized by Gloryren at Chinese Grade Three Class A hospitals in November, 2024. Prof. Renkawitz commented on the texts of videos we posted on the WeChat Channels and said they were as beautiful as a poem. He also often watches our videos on the official website to know more about Chinese Grade Three Class A hospitals. And he spoke highly of our career in introducing renowned key academic leaders from Europe to Chinese hospitals. After our meeting, Prof. Renkawitz showed us around the hospital and the Departments of Spine Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Joint Surgery. We saw the wall of the long corridor of Orthopedics Center was hung with signed jerseys sent by the football stars from German Bundesliga to thank Prof. Renkawitz for his treatment.
Later, Prof. Renkawitz sent us downstairs in person, and told us that the building of Heidelberg University Orthopedic Hospital has a history of one hundred years by 2023. The hospital has 220 beds in total and receives 50,000 outpatients and 6,000 inpatients annually, making its joint center one of the largest in Germany. Heidelberg University Hospital has a lot of talents among whom numerous Nobel Prize winners add even more to the mystery of this centennial hospital. This makes the medical students around the world all see studying in this university as their honor. Meanwhile, Heidelberg University Hospital also becomes a worldly-renowned clinical center. It has always been ranking in the top five medical schools for its meticulous care for patients and the achievements in scientific research, medical education, and so on.

On January 17, the team of Gloryren left Heidelberg at 8 am, and took an one and a half hours drive to Stuttgart, 130 kilometers away, to visit Prof. Stenzl, Secretary-General of the European Association of Urology (EAU) and former President of the German Society for Urology (DGU). Prof. Stenzl's secretary greeted us at the entrance of the hospital and prepared some local bread, fruit, and tea for our arrival. During the outbreak of COVID-19, Prof. Stenzl never stopped the academic exchanges with Chinese colleagues. Through Gloryren, Prof. Stenzl had four video conferences with President WU Song’s team at South China Hospital Affiliated to Shenzhen University, to discuss clinical and scientific research topics, and received visiting fellows to the University Hospital Tübingen for further study. From 2024, Prof. Stenzl and his team will receive M.D. doctoral candidates from China and will visit Grade Three Class A hospitals in China as visiting professors. Prof. Stenzl pointed out that it is not enough for a urologist to only perform surgery.

In September 2022, Prof. Herbort’s first Chinese MD doctoral student, Doctor LIU Wenke from Guiyang Orthopedics Hospital, flew to Munich. After Doctor Liu conducted a one-year doctoral research project in the Biomechanics Laboratory of the Münster University Hospital, he went to OCM Clinic in September 2023 to follow his supervisor Prof. Herbort for a clinical internship. Almost every week, Doctor Liu has the chance to provide top athletes with surgeries and other treatments for sports-related injuries and participates in the clinical projects of Prof. Herbort’s team. In September this year, Prof. Herbort will receive another MD doctoral student from Shanxi who will study at the Münster University Hospital, the OCM Clinic, and the Department of Sport Science of the University of Innsbruck in Austria for two years for scientific research and clinical activities. Prof. Herbort will fully support him in preparing the materials for applying the CSC Scholarship. Prof. Herbort introduced that OCM Clinic only has 10 renowned experts as hospital partners and academic leaders, but the surgeries they perform can add up to 14,000 annually, including 5,000 Sports Medicine surgeries per year. When our team of four walked into the OCM Clinic at 5 p.m., we could still see a large number of outpatients sitting in the waiting room for expert consultation. 
The two walls next to the OCM Clinic consultation desk are covered with Top Expert Certifications issued by FOCUS to the ten partners, which is quite spectacular. In each partner's office, we saw a dazzling array of thank-you photos and jerseys signed by Olympic athletes and top football stars. In 2023, the Sports Medicine expert team of OCM Clinic provided professional treatment to 211 top European athletes, of which Prof. Herbort personally performed 170 surgeries.
Prof. Herbort will visit the Sports Medicine Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in China for a week in June this year as an international visiting professor. He became a professor of the University of Münster at the age of 40. He is a genius top expert in Sports Medicine, and a key academic leader in European Sports Medicine in the future. He will introduce new concepts of development to the speciality of Sports Medicine in China which has a huge potential to develop. We will make his name known to every Chinese Sports Medicine doctor since he will bring high-level, standardized diagnosis and treatment concepts of Sports Medicine to Grade Three Class A hospitals in China.

At 9:00 a.m. on January 19th, the whole Munich was covered with heavy snow. The team of four from Gloryren arrived at the University Hospital of Munich(LMU) in downtown. This hospital is renowned in Europe and even internationally for its internationalized, high-level, and continuously innovative excellent diagnostic and treatment services. The University Hospital of Munich is the hub of Gloryren’s academic activities in Germany. Currently, the academic leaders of 24 departments in the hospital have been in cooperation with us for many years. They’ve been receiving two-year MD students from China. In the morning, we visited Prof. Giunta, the Director of the Department of Hand, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of LMU, President of the European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (ESPRAS) and former President of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPR?C).
In 2023, Doctor Zeng from Guangzhou and Doctor Liu from Shanghai flew to Munich to pursue their MD degrees under the supervision of Prof. Giunta. In 2024, Prof. Giunta will receive another outstanding MD student from a Grade Three Class A hospital in Guiyang to study in his laboratory and clinical department for two years. Prof. Giunta will support her in preparing the materials for applying for the CSC Scholarship this March. In the meeting with us, Prof. Giunta told us that he thinks highly of Gloryren’s work performance because the MD students we’ve recommended are very outstanding. Doctor Zeng has published an article within a year, with another one under review. Prof. Giunta will also visit a renowned Grade Three Class A hospital in China as a visiting professor for one week in November this year, and will attend the 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction, and Talent Cultivation in the dreamlike city of Suzhou, China from November 16th to 17th.
Prof. Giunta offered to let me experience the Vectra 3D imaging system for myself. There are only three of these sophisticated and high-end machines in Germany. It can generate thousands of photos of the face and body in just one photo shoot, and perform 3D diagnosis and reconstruction of the skin condition of the face and body. The diagnostic results are available in just one minute. The experience of this advanced technology at LMU gave me tremendous amazement, even if I only learned a tip of it. Nowadays, the area of cosmetic surgery in China is dominated by a group of highly unprofessional people, leaving only a mess in this field. The area of cosmetic surgery in China lacks the support of scientific research, clinical trials, and multi-disciplinary teamwork, which lays a huge risk in this field. The speciality of plastic surgery in Grade Three Class A hospitals in China is just in its early stage, and professional talents and standardized treatment and training programs are still missing.
In the afternoon of January 19th, the team of four from Gloryren headed to the Campus Gro?hadern of University Hospital of Munich to visit Prof. Hagl, the Director of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Polyclinic. At the Campus Gro?hadern of University Hospital of Munich, the clinical work, educational and research activities of more than 30 clinical departments and research institutes are conducted. As we arrived at the inquiry desk of the hospital, the staff took a map of the hospital, marked the office of Prof. Hagl, and drew the route for us thoughtfully. With this small piece of paper, we were able to find Prof. Hagl's office correctly. It was very clear.
The layout of the hospital is very reasonable. Directors' offices of all the clinical departments are on the same floor, facilitating the communication among departments and visits of patients and visitors. At the door of every director's office, there is a sign of the names of corresponding department, director, and deputy director. And you will see a reception room as you enter the office. Every director's office is decorated in different styles, some in a simple style, some in a traditional style, and some in a modern art style, but all of them are designed to be relaxing and comfortable for patients and visitors. Through the reception room, there is a director's office and a deputy director's office. Every director has two secretaries. At 3:00 p.m., Prof. Hagl hurried from the operating room back to his office to meet with us. Prof. Hagl's father is a cardiac surgery master greatly renowned in Germany and even in the whole world. He is the former Director of the Surgery Department of Heidelberg University Hospital, and the former President of the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS) and the German Society for Thoracic, Cardiovascular Surgery (DGTHG).
Since 2011, Prof. Hagl has been the Director of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Polyclinic of University Hospital of Munich. Currently, his team has 155 medical staffs and performs about 3,000 cardiac surgeries per year. From 2024, Prof. Hagl will receive MD students from China and visit Chinese Grade Three Class A hospitals as an international visiting professor. In the afternoon, he discussed with us his requirements for receiving MD students in detail, and appointed a doctor in his department to help us with the application procedures. Also, he will be attending the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation in 2024 in the dreamlike city of Suzhou, China. Prof. Hagl spoke highly of the global concept of Gloryren to introduce international academic leaders of all the specialties to the Grade Three Class A hospitals in China so as to cultivate globally leading talents for the hospitals in the future.
1月19日下午，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往Werner教授辦公室與他見面。Werner教授是德國外科學(xué)會(huì)2027年候任主席，他從2014年起任慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院普外科，內(nèi)臟外科及移植外科主任，同時(shí)他也是慕尼黑綜合腫瘤中心副主任，慕尼黑綜合腫瘤中心是德國癌癥學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)證的15個(gè)國家級(jí)頂級(jí)腫瘤中心之一。教授科室團(tuán)隊(duì)有超110名職工，年住院超5200人次，被德國癌癥學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)證為國家級(jí)肝癌中心、胰腺癌中心、胃癌中心、內(nèi)臟腫瘤中心、結(jié)直腸癌中心?？剖以O(shè)有超500平方米的大型獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，每年科研經(jīng)費(fèi)超250萬歐元，設(shè)備齊全精良，配有高年資技術(shù)人員，輔助博士生及訪學(xué)人員完成科研項(xiàng)目。Werner教授個(gè)人主持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)至今共計(jì)642.7萬歐元。
他與我們正式合作已經(jīng)3年了，一共接收了7位臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有4位博士生在慕尼黑與他一同工作。他對(duì)我們選送的學(xué)生非常滿意，夸贊他們非常勤奮上進(jìn)、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展順利、與同事合作緊密。
抵達(dá)Werner教授辦公室后，他親自為我們倒水。他窗外的風(fēng)景美得像幅畫。我們剛坐下，他馬上拿出一個(gè)文件夾，里面是仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療與他合作的各個(gè)博士生的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，他詳細(xì)地跟我們探討以后如何在博士生抵德前簡化院內(nèi)申請(qǐng)流程，讓他們更快更好地適應(yīng)在德國的臨床科研工作。他將醫(yī)學(xué)院博士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)流程打印出來，仔細(xì)與我們分析了申請(qǐng)所需的材料、時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、以及博士生課程安排。2024年3月，他全力支持了3位分別來自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)、昆明理工大學(xué)的博士申請(qǐng)人的國家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)。
分別之時(shí)，Werner教授表示非常認(rèn)可仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療通過選送優(yōu)秀中國醫(yī)生到德國攻讀臨床醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位助力中國三甲醫(yī)院的理念，會(huì)全力支持我們給他推薦的每一個(gè)申請(qǐng)人。
仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)四天在慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院和慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院的工作完美收官。傍晚時(shí)分我們自駕100公里趕往蘭茨胡特。它是巴伐利亞伊薩爾河畔的蘭茨胡特。1977年蘭茨胡特的劫機(jī)事件，震驚全球，共有86人被劫持。我們當(dāng)晚入住Amalia酒店，去年由國營老郵局改建并全新翻修，墻磚和地磚經(jīng)過百年時(shí)光，越發(fā)溫柔可愛。
這就是1900年的老房子才別有風(fēng)味，晚餐我們?nèi)チ艘患乙獯罄蛷d幸運(yùn)的漢斯吃了漢堡，光面包就有4種，我們選擇了谷物面包，一級(jí)美味，原來漢堡也可以做得如此好吃。今早早餐，我們四人坐在百年大宅，高高的落地長窗，我們面對(duì)伊薩爾河畔吃著經(jīng)典的德式早餐，如此幸福。
今早8:00我們的同事已經(jīng)開始為我們的視頻錄音了，現(xiàn)在中國好多三甲醫(yī)院的院長和科主任都在追看我們的行程呢。
在德國的每天清晨5:00起床，對(duì)我來說每一天都很珍貴，每一天都如此重要，這樣好的天氣，這么可愛的世界，每一天都值得我溫柔以待。我每天都非常用心工作，因?yàn)槲矣辛耸澜缟献钕埠玫墓ぷ?，這份工作可以讓我與這個(gè)世界上最偉大的醫(yī)生一同工作，這份工作可以讓我的一生意義非凡。

1月22日仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，拜訪大骨科主任、2023年德國膝關(guān)節(jié)學(xué)會(huì)主席Eisenhart-Rothe教授。
Rothe教授帶領(lǐng)著一個(gè)超20名醫(yī)生、經(jīng)專業(yè)護(hù)理培訓(xùn)的醫(yī)護(hù)、還有專門理療人員組成的大骨科團(tuán)隊(duì)，醫(yī)治成年人與兒童的肌肉骨骼各類疾病和骨腫瘤疾病，年門診8900 多例、住院1800 多例，病床44張。其中他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的內(nèi)假體中心(EndoTUM，已完成1000臺(tái)內(nèi)假體手術(shù))與肌肉骨骼腫瘤中心（MSTZ）/肉瘤中心都是德國領(lǐng)先的疾病中心。
我們走進(jìn)醫(yī)院，只見走廊上懸掛著的醫(yī)院歷史海報(bào)馬上映入眼簾，這是一家擁有悠久學(xué)術(shù)底蘊(yùn)和建院歷史的非凡醫(yī)院，1834年開始建院，190年來不斷發(fā)展壯大成為享譽(yù)國際，學(xué)術(shù)排名位居世界前列的著名大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，為地區(qū)乃至國際的醫(yī)護(hù)和醫(yī)學(xué)科研做出卓越貢獻(xiàn)，因此，該醫(yī)院一直躋身德國頂級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)之列，培養(yǎng)出眾多技術(shù)精湛，研究成果豐富的人才。
為了這次會(huì)面，Rothe教授還特地安排秘書下來導(dǎo)診臺(tái)接我到門診部，親自為我們準(zhǔn)備茶飲。他親切與我討論2024年工作安排。他還會(huì)在今年召收一位來自中國三甲醫(yī)院的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生，成為他第一個(gè)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士。Rothe教授會(huì)親自為他準(zhǔn)備中國留學(xué)基金委CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金材料。
1月22日下午仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療4人團(tuán)隊(duì)來到慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院與Stief院長閉門會(huì)議。我們來到他辦公室的會(huì)客室，看見墻上有各種各樣的油畫，非常非常有品味。
秘書打開房門，Stief院長馬上出來迎接了我們，他說道：“歡迎回家?！彼k公室的餐桌上已準(zhǔn)備好了巧克力蛋糕和胡蘿卜蛋糕，熱熱的紅茶早已經(jīng)泡好，秘書現(xiàn)泡了意式咖啡。咱們四人一邊與Stief院長喝下午茶，一邊討論2024年的工作安排。
他是德國國家科院371年來第一位也是目前唯一一位泌尿外科院士。他愿意不遠(yuǎn)萬里來到中國，他也愿意為中國的三甲醫(yī)院的醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)出一份力。
離別之時(shí)，我對(duì)他說：“我想我們將是一生的朋友。我想過去和未來的時(shí)光都將美不勝收”。
2024年1月23日
1月23日仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療4人團(tuán)隊(duì)來到了多瑙河畔的雷根斯堡，多瑙河水靜靜地流過這座歷經(jīng)兩千多年時(shí)光的老城，老城中央還佇立著800多年歷史的雷根斯堡主教教堂。
下午兩點(diǎn)，我們穿過一片森林來到了雷根斯堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，拜訪體外生命支持組織常任董事、雷根斯堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)科重癥護(hù)理醫(yī)學(xué)主任 Mueller教授。
Mueller教授親自到醫(yī)院門診大廳迎接我們，并用了兩個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間為我們介紹該科的基本情況。雷根斯堡大學(xué)醫(yī)院從建院之初就是圍繞重癥疾病建立學(xué)科的，Mueller教授帶我們到了內(nèi)科，親切地為我們介紹了心內(nèi)科、肺病科、腎內(nèi)科和腫瘤內(nèi)科。這四個(gè)科室的重病病房都由他管理，其中腫瘤內(nèi)科已經(jīng)有新大樓落成，搬出獨(dú)棟工作。
隨后Mueller教授為我們準(zhǔn)備ICU參觀服，醫(yī)院有東西兩座主建筑，并在不斷往外擴(kuò)建。邀請(qǐng)我們進(jìn)入ICU參觀學(xué)習(xí)一下體外生命支持系統(tǒng)（ECMO）是如何在ICU病房支持重癥醫(yī)療和急救的，他帶領(lǐng)我們參觀了重癥病房的心肺衰竭、心外科手術(shù)術(shù)后病人使用ECMO的情況。
我們的工作是如此的意義非凡，我們與歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖在大學(xué)醫(yī)院一起工作，還能受到重癥監(jiān)護(hù)主任的親自邀請(qǐng)參觀德國重點(diǎn)醫(yī)院ICU病房。
Mueller教授介紹道，他們的重癥中心是世界上最早一批提出使用ECMO進(jìn)行醫(yī)療和急救的單位。十年前ECMO技術(shù)尚沒有被醫(yī)學(xué)界完全認(rèn)可，但雷根斯堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院已經(jīng)走在時(shí)代前列，使用ECMO救助心肺衰竭的病人，他們永遠(yuǎn)敢為人先，救死扶傷，所以直到現(xiàn)在，雷根斯堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院依舊是領(lǐng)先的ECMO系統(tǒng)臨床應(yīng)用、研究和最新技術(shù)開發(fā)中心。
臨別之際，Mueller教授邀請(qǐng)我在他的賓客簿上寫下到訪感想，我為他的真誠感動(dòng)不已，為這次訪問用中英文留下了我最愛的一句話：我想過去和未來的時(shí)光都將美不勝收。
2024年1月24日
1月24日仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療4人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往德國Malteser醫(yī)院集團(tuán)埃爾蘭根森林醫(yī)院拜訪該醫(yī)院跨學(xué)科脊柱及側(cè)彎治療中心主任、德國脊柱學(xué)會(huì)2026年主席Dr. Schnake。德國Malteser醫(yī)院集團(tuán)埃爾蘭根森林醫(yī)院是被森林圍繞的教會(huì)醫(yī)院集團(tuán)，Dr. Schnake親自在醫(yī)院樓下門診大廳迎接我們并帶領(lǐng)我們參觀醫(yī)院。
他介紹到：“他的跨學(xué)科脊柱及側(cè)彎治療中心是歐洲Mazor脊柱手術(shù)機(jī)器人的示教和實(shí)操基地，每年完成青少年脊柱側(cè)彎手術(shù)約20例、成年人脊柱側(cè)彎手術(shù)約60臺(tái)，是實(shí)至名歸的德國南部最大脊柱側(cè)彎手術(shù)中心。”Dr. Schnake帶領(lǐng)我們參觀脊柱中心病房時(shí)，我們感嘆于明亮整潔又富有設(shè)計(jì)感的病房。
隨后，Dr. Schnake的中國博士生來自遵義醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院的盧醫(yī)生也過來與我們見面。他在Schnake教授指導(dǎo)下已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了半年，已經(jīng)寫完了他的第一篇文章，這真的是可喜的進(jìn)步，與我們合作的教授都會(huì)給博士生盡量多發(fā)表文章的機(jī)會(huì)，Schnake教授還會(huì)帶盧醫(yī)生參加歐洲脊柱學(xué)會(huì)春季會(huì)議，科室為他報(bào)銷了所有費(fèi)用。
Schnake教授今年六月將前往深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院脊柱外科進(jìn)行為期一周的國際客座教授工作。Schnake教授去年又招了廈門大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院張醫(yī)生作他的第二位德國臨床MD博士。2026年仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療將帶領(lǐng)中國脊柱外科醫(yī)生在紐倫堡參加德國脊柱學(xué)會(huì)2026年年會(huì)。所有有價(jià)值的東西，你都必須付出成本，既使你現(xiàn)在不支付這個(gè)成本，未來你也要支付這個(gè)成本。未來中國最好的工作就是醫(yī)生，但是只有優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生和頂級(jí)醫(yī)生才會(huì)是世界上最好的工作。要做醫(yī)生就必須做頂流，這是一個(gè)醫(yī)生的雄心。
2024年1月26日
1月26日上午，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)冒雨驅(qū)車1小時(shí)30分鐘，前往130公里外的哈雷，拜訪德國BG集團(tuán)創(chuàng)傷外科醫(yī)院哈雷分院院長、哈雷大學(xué)醫(yī)院創(chuàng)傷與重建外科主任Kobbe教授。
醫(yī)院外觀設(shè)計(jì)古樸宏偉，像一座中世紀(jì)城堡，但是進(jìn)去后卻非常明亮現(xiàn)代，井然有序。表明來意后，問詢臺(tái)工作人員親自送我們到院長辦公室門口。
下午1點(diǎn)，Kobbe教授準(zhǔn)時(shí)與我們會(huì)面，并邀請(qǐng)了創(chuàng)傷與重建外科副主任Mendel教授與我們一起進(jìn)行閉門會(huì)議。Kobbe教授介紹，該院與哈雷大學(xué)醫(yī)院共建的肌肉骨骼外科創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室將于2024年4月正式啟用，該實(shí)驗(yàn)室配備最新的科技和設(shè)備，如計(jì)算機(jī)建模及仿真、增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)（AR）和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)（VR）、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)（神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)）等。該院還將為仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療選送的優(yōu)秀博士生和訪問學(xué)者提供員工宿舍。
會(huì)談結(jié)束后，兩位教授帶領(lǐng)我們參觀醫(yī)院。兩位教授帶我們首先參觀醫(yī)院兩個(gè)停機(jī)坪之中的一個(gè)，全德國共有63個(gè)急救直升機(jī)基地，法律規(guī)定，全德范圍內(nèi)，事故發(fā)生后17分鐘內(nèi)，必須有直升機(jī)到達(dá)事故現(xiàn)場對(duì)病人進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)送。
隨后兩位教授還帶我們參觀了康復(fù)大廳、康復(fù)泳池、搶救室、CT室、MR室、燒傷中心等。
醫(yī)院成立于1894年，今年正好是建院130周年。前身是一家礦工療養(yǎng)院，這使得該院成為全德第二古老的創(chuàng)傷外科?？漆t(yī)院。BG協(xié)會(huì)是德國法定事故保險(xiǎn)協(xié)會(huì)，該協(xié)會(huì)在全德國有九家創(chuàng)傷外科專科醫(yī)院，所有分院都是國家級(jí)創(chuàng)傷中心，所有分院都圍繞創(chuàng)傷外科進(jìn)行學(xué)科設(shè)置。哈雷分院圍繞創(chuàng)傷外科設(shè)有燒傷中心、脊髓損傷、早期康復(fù)、神經(jīng)外科中心、膿毒外科等。該院有約600張病床，職工1600名，每年手術(shù)約14,400臺(tái)，門診病人超36,000人，直升機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)ISS指數(shù)超16的多發(fā)傷病人超120例。
2024年1月29日
1月29日清早，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)開始了哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心的訪問之旅。哥廷根大學(xué)為歐洲著名的高等院校，建校至今已經(jīng)有287年，它坐落在風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，人文教育氣息十分濃厚的童話小鎮(zhèn)哥廷根。在啟蒙運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)期，哥廷根大學(xué)就已經(jīng)為歐洲乃至世界的教育文化發(fā)展做出卓越的貢獻(xiàn)。該大學(xué)迄今培養(yǎng)出諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)的得主47位，領(lǐng)先一眾歐洲院校。其大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心擁有卓越的醫(yī)療、研究、教學(xué)質(zhì)量，是國家級(jí)癌癥中心、擁有德國第一個(gè)心腦中心、馬克斯·普朗克實(shí)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所、哥廷根萊布尼茨靈長類動(dòng)物研究所（DPZ），能實(shí)現(xiàn)科研成果的快速臨床應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)換。
上午我們首先拜訪了哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心耳鼻喉科主任Beutner教授，教授團(tuán)隊(duì)有醫(yī)生約30名，科研團(tuán)隊(duì)50人，年住院病人超3000例，門診超2.5萬例?？剖乙彩堑聡┌Y協(xié)會(huì)（DKG）認(rèn)證的頭頸部腫瘤中心、經(jīng)認(rèn)證的綜合性過敏癥中心，并與哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心其他科室進(jìn)行深度的跨學(xué)科合作。Beutner教授在科室親切與我們商談了讀博項(xiàng)目、訪學(xué)計(jì)劃還有客座教授的合作。去年上半年，南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)順德醫(yī)院的張碧茹主任在Beutner教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心耳鼻喉科進(jìn)行了六個(gè)月的訪學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，她非常喜歡科室臨床及實(shí)驗(yàn)室的工作和學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，說這是一次受益匪淺的學(xué)習(xí)之旅。
Beutner教授非常認(rèn)同與仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療的合作，他還將在未來與我們繼續(xù)開展訪學(xué)、讀博、博士后以及客座教授的合作，幫助中國醫(yī)院還有醫(yī)生對(duì)接國際診療和科研的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，這是一輩子的事業(yè)，我們和世界關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖都要為此奉獻(xiàn)一生，我愛著這份偉大的事業(yè)。
下午仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)來到哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心拜訪神經(jīng)內(nèi)科主任、德國國家科學(xué)院院士、哥廷根大學(xué)心腦中心（HBCG）創(chuàng)始主任B?hr教授。我們首先與他討論了他2024年客座教授及其三位臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士的工作安排。隨后B?hr教授帶我們參觀了心腦中心。
2017年，B?hr教授牽頭向主管科研機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展及建設(shè)的德國科學(xué)與人文委員會(huì)申請(qǐng)了資金，并最終獲得3500萬歐元預(yù)算用于心腦中心的建設(shè)。心腦中心占地約6000平方米，由B?hr教授和建筑師團(tuán)隊(duì)共同打造并于2023年5月正式開放運(yùn)營。
B?hr教授介紹道，哥廷根大學(xué)心腦中心是由神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、心肺科、老年醫(yī)學(xué)及認(rèn)知神經(jīng)病學(xué)研究所聯(lián)合創(chuàng)立的研究大樓，目標(biāo)是密切合作，共同探索超越人體器官邊界的系統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)方法，對(duì)心臟及神經(jīng)疾病進(jìn)行新分型、分類，開發(fā)新的診斷方法、治療方法、預(yù)防方法。同時(shí)也是為了將相關(guān)臨床學(xué)科進(jìn)行整合、互相支持、進(jìn)行概念驗(yàn)證（POC）研究、創(chuàng)立新的跨學(xué)科科室及研究工作組并提供教育項(xiàng)目，更好培養(yǎng)下一代醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才。心腦中心根植于卓越的科研環(huán)境，其科研咨詢委員會(huì)由哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心科研委員會(huì)、下薩克森州創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合會(huì)、德國國家神經(jīng)退行性疾病中心、多尺度生物成像卓越集群、德國心血管科研中心、哥廷根大學(xué)研究生院等組成。
B?hr教授還為我們?cè)敿?xì)介紹了每個(gè)研究小組現(xiàn)在承擔(dān)的主要項(xiàng)目，并親自帶領(lǐng)我們參觀每個(gè)研究小組的辦公室、實(shí)驗(yàn)室、細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)室、動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)室、實(shí)時(shí)MR室等。我們感嘆于B?hr教授及其團(tuán)隊(duì)僅用6年時(shí)間，3500萬歐元預(yù)算，就將如此龐大、學(xué)科設(shè)置齊全、設(shè)備精良的研究所落地的同時(shí)，也深刻感受到哥廷根大學(xué)乃至整座城市的科研和學(xué)術(shù)氛圍，同時(shí)非常感謝B?hr教授及其團(tuán)隊(duì)花了6小時(shí)的時(shí)間接待我們團(tuán)隊(duì)。
2024年11月B?hr教授擔(dān)任2024中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇歐洲區(qū)主席并主持學(xué)科建設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)，分享他對(duì)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、心腦研究、基礎(chǔ)科研轉(zhuǎn)化等方面的深刻見解。

1月30日早上10點(diǎn)，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)來到哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)外科主任、德國神經(jīng)外科學(xué)會(huì)主席Rohde教授的會(huì)議室與他會(huì)面。
哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)外科是德國最大神經(jīng)外科之一，每年門診病人約5000例，手術(shù)約3000臺(tái)。神經(jīng)外科是德國神經(jīng)外科學(xué)會(huì)在血管疾病尤其是腦出血領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)證中心，其與骨科共建的脊柱中心被德國脊柱學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)證為一級(jí)脊柱中心。
2024年，Rohde教授接收了三位分別來自遵義醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、右江民族醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院、山東第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)的醫(yī)生作為他的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生，并將全力支持他們國家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金及其他基金的申請(qǐng)。
2月22日，莆田學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科張醫(yī)生從福州飛法蘭克福，在Rohde教授的指導(dǎo)下正式開展為期三個(gè)月的訪問。這是Rohde教授接收的第一位中國訪問學(xué)者。
Rohde教授將在2025年到訪中國三甲醫(yī)院進(jìn)行國際客座教授交流活動(dòng)并擔(dān)任2025中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇的大會(huì)歐洲區(qū)主席。

上午11點(diǎn)，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心拜訪該院創(chuàng)傷外科、骨科和整形外科主任Lehmann教授。Lehmann教授親自到等候區(qū)帶我們到他辦公室。
哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心創(chuàng)傷外科、骨科和整形外科是德國最大的大學(xué)肌肉骨骼外科科室之一，2024年，該科室被美國新聞周刊評(píng)選為全球百佳骨科科室之一。該科亞?？圃O(shè)置齊全，多個(gè)亞專科獲國家級(jí)認(rèn)證，包括德國國家級(jí)跨區(qū)域一級(jí)創(chuàng)傷中心，德國內(nèi)假體置換最大關(guān)懷中心，德國內(nèi)假體置換數(shù)據(jù)庫成員中心，德國脊柱學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)證一級(jí)脊柱中心等。該科共有48名醫(yī)生和115名護(hù)士，病床154張。2022年門診47,534人次，住院4,272例，完成手術(shù)5,143臺(tái)，直升機(jī)急救775例，每年接收超800例多發(fā)傷患者，其中超300例ISS> 16。
自2021年起，Lehmann教授陸續(xù)接收了來自廣州、貴陽、東莞、鄭州的4位臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士，現(xiàn)在共有3位在讀。其中李醫(yī)生與教授一起開發(fā)了一款新型專利，用于骨盆骨折外固定。來自貴陽市第四人民醫(yī)院的周醫(yī)生也將在國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議發(fā)表口頭匯報(bào)。2023年9月入學(xué)的楊醫(yī)生博士課題進(jìn)展非常順利，其科研項(xiàng)目在Lehmann教授安排下順利進(jìn)行，已經(jīng)在最后實(shí)驗(yàn)階段。
除了博士項(xiàng)目外，Lehmann教授非常重視博士生的全方位發(fā)展，自2022年起，他在每年10月底親自帶領(lǐng)所有博士生跟他一起參加德國骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科年會(huì)（DKOU）。同時(shí)他鼓勵(lì)所有博士生多到手術(shù)室與他一同工作，培養(yǎng)博士生臨床技能和手術(shù)技能，助力他們回國后的職業(yè)發(fā)展。
Lehmann教授在今年5月到訪鄭州市骨科醫(yī)院開展為期一周的國際客座教授活動(dòng)，并攜手鄭州市骨科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)傷骨科團(tuán)隊(duì)開展全球手術(shù)直播。
中午12點(diǎn)，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心精神病學(xué)及精神治療科拜訪該科主任Wiltfang教授。精神病學(xué)及精神治療科獨(dú)立辦公，距離醫(yī)療中心總院區(qū)1.3公里，設(shè)有獨(dú)立的實(shí)驗(yàn)樓層，方便該科進(jìn)行科研活動(dòng)。Wiltfang教授攜科研負(fù)責(zé)人Dr. Esselmann親自接待仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)。
據(jù)Wiltfang教授介紹，該科為全年齡段的病人提供所有精神病學(xué)診療服務(wù)，共有175張病床，其中110張住院病床，65張日間病床。2019年門診病人約6800人，年均住院病人約2000人。除了診療服務(wù)外，科研是該科日常工作的重點(diǎn)，科研成果及產(chǎn)出在全院64個(gè)臨床科室及研究所中名列前五。得益于哥廷根整座城市的科研氛圍，該科與馬克斯普朗克多學(xué)科神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所等多個(gè)分所、哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心各學(xué)科、德國神經(jīng)退行性疾病中心等科研機(jī)構(gòu)合作進(jìn)行相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)化研究。
Wiltfang教授本人的研究重點(diǎn)在分子/生物精神病學(xué)和非侵入性腦刺激。該科還設(shè)有6個(gè)教授席位，分別是分子精神病學(xué)、神經(jīng)退行性疾病表觀遺傳學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)及基因?qū)W、分子神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)化神經(jīng)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)及法醫(yī)精神病學(xué)。
Wiltfang教授還分享，為支持環(huán)保理念及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)醫(yī)教研之間的聯(lián)系與合作，哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心將投入11億歐元將總院區(qū)進(jìn)行翻新和改造，使其更符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念。隨后Wiltfang教授及Dr. Esselmann帶我們參觀了會(huì)議室、科室主要診療區(qū)域及各實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
多年來Wiltfang教授及其團(tuán)隊(duì)一直致力于開發(fā)阿爾茨海默癥生物標(biāo)志物引導(dǎo)的早期診斷，其團(tuán)隊(duì)已開發(fā)了一個(gè)全新的診斷系統(tǒng)-A β-兩步免疫分析法，只需要通過血液化驗(yàn)，可以在早期臨床前階段，甚至是病人出現(xiàn)臨床癥狀15年之前，對(duì)初期的阿爾茨海默病性癡呆進(jìn)行精確鑒別，這為在全球范圍內(nèi)制定最有效的預(yù)防性治療策略創(chuàng)造了可能性。
Wiltfang教授將攜手仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療及中國三甲醫(yī)院，建立基于血液的高通量阿爾茨海默癥早期診斷系統(tǒng)，對(duì)高危患者進(jìn)行早期篩查，并以藥物或生活方式改善進(jìn)行早期干預(yù)以延緩疾病發(fā)展。
從廣州到慕尼黑20個(gè)夜晚20個(gè)城市3800公里的行程。我們?nèi)梳t(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)都非常非常喜歡哥廷根。濃濃的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。1915年愛因斯坦來到哥廷根大學(xué)講學(xué)，老爺子就住在我入住的這家1842年開業(yè)的古老酒店。清晨5:00起床，我常常在大堂的小客廳里給國內(nèi)同事打電話討論工作。酒店的小狗Pepper總是又可愛又讓我害怕。
哥廷根大學(xué)它不參與世界大學(xué)排名，因?yàn)槿思也恍枰?，人家是真正的絕對(duì)實(shí)力。其實(shí)所謂的世界大學(xué)排名，就是美國的利益集團(tuán)，通過某些機(jī)構(gòu)做大學(xué)排名，為他們的大學(xué)和他們小弟的大學(xué)在全世界收割富人和中產(chǎn)找一個(gè)合理合法的撈錢的手段，美國的大學(xué)除了撈錢就是撈錢。美國每所大學(xué)每年學(xué)費(fèi)高達(dá)60萬人民幣。這還不算撈錢？
德國的大學(xué)卻是免費(fèi)的。你再會(huì)包裝也有知道真相的人。真正懂得學(xué)術(shù)的人是從來不會(huì)看這些排名，世界大學(xué)排名就是掩耳盜鈴又根本沒有任何意義。但是中國醫(yī)院人事部門在招人時(shí)只看世界大學(xué)排名，是他們的無知，是因?yàn)樗麄冞@些人壓根不懂，他們甚至連中國大門都沒出去過幾次。國際學(xué)術(shù)圈的生態(tài)他們更是聞所未聞。中國醫(yī)院行政部門就是個(gè)藏污納垢的地方，他們有什么資格把中國醫(yī)院真正需要的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生拒之門外？如果中國醫(yī)院行政部門不改變認(rèn)知，中國醫(yī)院就不可能變得更好。醫(yī)院行政部門本來是服務(wù)醫(yī)生的，不是高高在上，無知無理的地方。
我們這次來哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心，五年時(shí)間我已來了三次。四天時(shí)間，我們見到了德國國家科學(xué)院士、各學(xué)科關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖和世界上著名科學(xué)家團(tuán)隊(duì)，他們從全球五湖四海的大城市匯集到了這個(gè)中世紀(jì)浪漫小城哥廷根，開啟了他們?nèi)松嬲膫髌嫫?。這里還有世界上鼎鼎有名的馬普研究所和哥廷根科學(xué)院以及全德國第一個(gè)且唯一一個(gè)心腦中心。這就是世界上真正的學(xué)術(shù)重鎮(zhèn)。在這里工作的許多教授他們都是可以改變這個(gè)世界的人。放眼世界，改變認(rèn)知，心懷感恩，你才可能知道世界上真正頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)圈是什么樣子。

2月2日上午我們來到了亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，醫(yī)院的設(shè)計(jì)光怪陸離，是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)風(fēng)，這絕對(duì)是世界上最非比尋常的醫(yī)院。門口有一個(gè)大型直升機(jī)停機(jī)坪，該院有聯(lián)邦德國國家級(jí)創(chuàng)傷中心。目前該院大骨科主任Hildebrand 教授是歐洲創(chuàng)傷急救外科學(xué)會(huì)主席，也將成為2026年德國創(chuàng)傷外科學(xué)會(huì)主席。
他專門讓他妻子到醫(yī)院辦公室接待我們，還為我們四人準(zhǔn)備了精美禮物和茶點(diǎn)。我們一邊喝著咖啡，一邊與Hildebrand 教授討論今年工作安排。教授今年9月將到深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院擔(dān)任國際客座教授工作。
去年來自貴陽的李醫(yī)生和鄭州的楊醫(yī)生已開始了他們?cè)趤嗚〉呐R床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士的學(xué)習(xí)。2023年他們兩人都獲得了國家留學(xué)基金委CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金支持。廣州的車醫(yī)生和昆明的王醫(yī)生今年將成為教授的第二批臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士。大骨科的科研主任Balmayor教授也在Hildebrand教授邀請(qǐng)下來到教授辦公室參加我們的閉門會(huì)議。仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)與亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院大骨科的兩位臨床和科研主任直接溝通臨床和科研的諸多工作細(xì)節(jié)。去年9月Hildebrand 教授在中國鄭州市骨科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)傷外科的工作每一天都流光溢彩。每天一大群人圍著他，熱鬧非凡。教授認(rèn)為在哪兒都是工作，但在中國工作的每一天，他就是電影里的男一號(hào)，他能用他的技術(shù)找到人生的價(jià)值。每一天都如此特別，這就是他想要的人生故事。
2月2日仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院拜訪麻醉外科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)與中期照護(hù)科主任Marx教授。他也是英國皇家麻醉師學(xué)院院士。
Marx教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)著一個(gè)擁有63名醫(yī)生和專業(yè)照護(hù)培訓(xùn)的醫(yī)護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，他科室的ICU擁有100張病床，并高度細(xì)分成七個(gè)治療組，與創(chuàng)傷、心臟外科、神經(jīng)外科等科室進(jìn)行深度跨學(xué)科的重癥治療。我們一抵達(dá)醫(yī)院就被該院頗具特色的工業(yè)預(yù)制鋼筋材料醫(yī)院所震驚，這是一個(gè)非常有特色德國70年代工業(yè)風(fēng)的大學(xué)醫(yī)院，擁有1500張床位、34個(gè)學(xué)科，過去十幾年一直在德國的卓越大學(xué)聯(lián)盟資助競選中獲勝。且其在荷蘭比利時(shí)德國三國交界，吸引著全球的人才齊聚一堂，共同致力于醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、研究的工作。
隨后我們被Marx教授秘書帶到他的辦公室，Marx教授與我們討論2024年的工作安排。2023年他已經(jīng)招收了一位臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生，2024年招收了兩位高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者。2024年11月16日至17日他來到中國參加中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇。
Marx教授不僅是全德國乃至全世界麻醉、重癥監(jiān)護(hù)、急救領(lǐng)域首屈一指的專家，也是德國聯(lián)邦政府重要的遠(yuǎn)程重癥醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目發(fā)展?fàn)款^人，他對(duì)仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療的工作高度認(rèn)可。我想我們應(yīng)該是一生的朋友。這份工作讓我覺得自己無比幸運(yùn)，并且每天都心存感激。四年零四個(gè)月，經(jīng)歷了疫情，經(jīng)歷了千辛萬苦，經(jīng)歷了人情冷暖，我爬了一山又一山，我過了一關(guān)又一關(guān)。我們團(tuán)隊(duì)翻山越嶺才走到了今天。所以我們可以再度重逢。感謝他為我們中國醫(yī)院和優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生的付出。他是非常高尚的人，人品尊貴，內(nèi)心高雅。
2024年2月4日
2月4日晚上，我們?cè)诘聡张股矫}的克倫貝格城堡舉行了別有風(fēng)味的晚宴。歡迎我們?cè)诘聡恼滟F朋友。這座19世紀(jì)城堡曾是德國弗里德里?；屎蟮膶媽m。城堡內(nèi)有Rubens和Titian 等著名畫家的真跡。不少當(dāng)年的壁畫、掛毯、名人畫像及古董家具都被很好地保留了下來。古堡本身就像是一個(gè)中世紀(jì)藝術(shù)館。
古堡內(nèi)一個(gè)復(fù)式套房讓我免費(fèi)入住。它是維多利亞的裝飾風(fēng)格，里面居然還有一個(gè)小小的密室。臥室的窗戶對(duì)著整片的森林，多像電影里的布景。
昨晚是主廚晚宴，共計(jì)4道菜，品了一款餐前酒和兩款紅酒。女士有一款特別檸檬蛋白飲品。壁爐在傍晚時(shí)分就點(diǎn)燃了爐火，非常溫暖而舒適。男士們穿著西裝或巴伐利亞的傳統(tǒng)服飾。女士穿著裙子。我們化著淡妝，我穿著一件粉色的真絲牡丹旗袍。下午所有人都到森林里去散步了，我在閣樓上打電話，處理廣州的工作。
這是我第3次來到這個(gè)城堡入住。今晚我們德國的好朋友們都開車幾百公里來到這里。4年零4個(gè)月，經(jīng)歷了疫情，經(jīng)歷了千辛萬苦，經(jīng)歷了人情冷暖，我爬了一山又一山，我過了一關(guān)又一關(guān)。我們團(tuán)隊(duì)翻山越嶺才走到了今天。所以我們可以再度重逢。過了今晚，我們就要回家了。南方新年，盡是溫暖，愿常歡笑。窗門盡開，迎接明日春風(fēng)。忽聞森林蟲鳴一片。愿我們的祖國繁榮富強(qiáng)，愿中國醫(yī)療2024更好，愿仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療歲歲平安年年繁花。
人生實(shí)在是不簡單，所有這個(gè)世界上最偉大的醫(yī)生的人生都是在黑暗隧道里一個(gè)人孤獨(dú)地走很長很長的路。他們年輕的時(shí)候沒有錢，沒有資源，沒有貴人，也沒有很好的技能，他們每一個(gè)人都有一段無比困苦無比艱辛無比沮喪無比絕望的時(shí)光，正是因?yàn)檫@段時(shí)光成就了他們未來耀眼的人生。
6月3日至17日，2024年第二次我們?nèi)梳t(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)從廣州到慕尼黑，我們將專訪慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)始合伙人Herbort教授，德國天才級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)專家，每年為近170多名頂級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員主刀手術(shù)。我們將專訪慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院手外科及整形美容外科主任、歐洲整形重建與美容外科學(xué)會(huì)主席Giunta教授，他曾任德國整形重建與美容外科學(xué)會(huì)主席。我們將專訪慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院心外科主任Hagl教授。這是全德國最大的心臟外科之一。他的父親創(chuàng)立了整個(gè)德國的心臟外科體系。這是2024年《世界上偉大的醫(yī)生》全新的篇章。謝謝你，讓我找到了世界上最好的工作，謝謝你，讓我遇見了更好的自己。
