我們只有幫助全天下的醫(yī)生做個好醫(yī)生，我們才能幫助全天下的病人看好病，這就是我們工作的價值。中國醫(yī)院最重要的三件大事就是醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)。我們這20年的目標(biāo)就是要為中國醫(yī)院培養(yǎng)6000名優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生。什么樣的醫(yī)生才是中國醫(yī)院最優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生？他們是人品尊貴、內(nèi)心高雅、有認(rèn)知、有雄心、業(yè)務(wù)過硬、全球思考。所以要好好地讀書，儲備知識，你們必須儲備知識，將來好為國家盡力。我們?nèi)梳t(yī)醫(yī)療平均每年培養(yǎng)300個博士、博士后及訪學(xué)醫(yī)生。20年之后我們就可以為中國醫(yī)院培養(yǎng)6000名醫(yī)生。我們精挑細(xì)選的這6000名醫(yī)生既有了國際化視野，又跟隨著歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖學(xué)習(xí)了真正的醫(yī)學(xué)本領(lǐng)，未來一定會成為中國醫(yī)院的一股清流。他們才是中國醫(yī)院的希望。他們平均每年認(rèn)真專注治療3000名門診病人和600名住院病人，每年就可以治療2160萬的病人。10年之后，累計2.16億的病人因為我們的工作可以讓他們的治療得到真正的保障。這6000名優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生在仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療這個國際化的平臺，我們一定會把全球最好的醫(yī)療資源與他們共同分享。未來中國所有的醫(yī)院，因為只有醫(yī)生好，病人才會更好。你怎么對待你的病人，世界就會怎么對待你。這七年的時間，我們專注做這份工作對中國醫(yī)院是非常有價值的一件大事。我多么希望新中國的醫(yī)生可以成為中國社會一群有道德、有信仰、有理想、有能力的人。吾輩理當(dāng)自強(qiáng)不息。因為有你們，人生很值得。

Only by helping doctors around the world become good ones can we truly help patients everywhere receive proper treatment. This is the value of our work. The three top priorities of Chinese hospitals are hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation. Our goal for the next two decades is to cultivate 6,000 excellent doctors for Chinese hospitals. What defines an excellent doctor in Chinese hospitals? They should be people of integrity with noble character, broad knowledge, ambition, professional excellence, and a global mindset. Therefore, doctors must study diligently and accumulate knowledge, so that they can better serve the nation in the future. Gloryren cultivates 300 doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and fellows each year. We will have cultivated 6,000 doctors for Chinese hospitals in 20 years. These 6,000 carefully selected doctors will not only gain international perspectives, but learn genuine medical expertise from key academic leaders in Europe, and will become a force of integrity within Chinese hospitals beyond question. They are the hope of Chinese hospitals. Considering each of them conscientiously treats 3,000 outpatients and 600 inpatients on average yearly, An annual number of 21.6 million patients will be treated. Over a decade, that will be amount to 216 million patients receiving reliable treatment thanks to our work. These 6,000 excellent doctors will share the world’s finest medical resources provided by Gloryren, an international platform. In the future, patients will benefit more when all Chinese hospitals have better doctors. The way you treat your patients is the way the world treats you. Over the past seven years, our dedication to this work has been of great value to Chinese hospitals. I sincerely hope that the doctors of New China will be people with morality, faith, ideals, and capability. As such, our generation must strive unremittingly.
